Arnica oil helps reduce inflammation and soothe tender or sore muscles. These types of injuries can happen from a pulled muscle or joint sprain/strain. Arnica allows the body to move from a shocked phase into the healing process while giving pain relief to the affected area. Only use externally.

Massage oil into the affected area or use as a full body massage oil for over-all muscle soreness.
